The Mindful Path was created for people who are in the beginning of their journey of mindfulness and/or are struggling in their practice and feel that guided meditations may assist them in focusing and staying present. These meditations are intended to be a guide rather than the way mindfulness is practiced. Everyone eventually comes to practice in their own way and I encourage you to hold a space for your own experience so you may honor your unique way of being.
